You are invited to get acquainted briefly with the young and promising city - Karmiel.

Karmiel was founded in 1964 in one of the most beautiful regions in the country. Karmiel lies in the Beit Hakerem Valley the heart of the Galilee.

Karmiel is a modern, well-planned city providing a quality of life at the highest level.

Here, a strong, rooted Israeli society is being crystallized: Veterans and new immigrants have produced together a well-integrated community of quality.

At Karmiel industry has developed many branches: electronics, metal work, computers, plastics, wood, building, etc. The industrial area of Karmiel is one of the most beautiful and well-planned in the country.

Karmiel isn't just "another settlement" on the map. It is a special city which is good to live in and good to work in. A city which is fulfilling one of the important goals of Zionism - the settlement of the Galilee.
